Why and What: Join Teresa and Ifetayo for one or two days of supported solitude in Silent Retreat to deeply rest, renew, rejuvenate, reflect, heal, create in the warm, nurturing space of Neesa’s hOMe during the universal season of dark, going within and quiet. ● Group guided meditation ● Group sound bath meditation ● Choice of 30 min Reiki or therapeutic sound healing ● Group Reiju Reiki Blessing ● Fire Ceremony for Clearing/Creating ● Lots of silence time inside or in nature ● Two meals daily; abundant drinks and snacks
